OUR HISTORY

After deciding to host Klover and Leah of the Personal Pony Program, we needed to change the land and get a barn on our 2 acre property. About 9 months later, we welcomed the ponies in May 2010. To give the ponies more of a sense of a being in a herd, we added our beloved pygmy goats, Mocha Rose and Rocky, orginally from NY state. We could not resist creating baby goats so Mocha gave birth to Reed and Willow Rose in June 2012. Our barn family seems quite complete. So the name Cloud 9 Farm came into being: we live at #9., up high near the clouds, creating a bit of magic with our furry friends!

OUR MISSION is to provide:

VISITS: We are able to bring the ponies anywhere people might benefit from seeing and interacting with them like classrooms that teach differently abled children and nursing homes. We participate in fairs and parades. The ponies love adventure!

ON-SITE INTERACTIONS AT THE FARM: Families can visit the ponies along with our very personable pygmy goats. Both the goats and the ponies can be petted and taught tricks. The ponies love to be groomed and then guided through obstacle courses. Lucy the bunny is perfect for snuggling.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES: We welcome volunteers of all ages. Depending on interests and skill level, volunteers can help us with visits, training, exercising, and doing farm chores. Students from local high schools can receive community service credit hours.
